Q:What forms of payment do you accept?

Q: How long does it take before my order ships?
A. Orders generally ship 1-3 days after payment is accepted. Our handmade crystal cases and some of our popular items may take longer. Generally those take between 1 – 14 days to ship. Backordered items take about 7 – 14 days to ship.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes we do .

Q. How much does international shipping cost?
A. We offer two options. Priority which takes about 6-10 days for $25.50 and First Class Mail which can take anywhere between 2-6 Weeks for $16.50

Q: How long does it take to ship orders to the USA
A: Shipment varies by stock and product. Handmade items usually take longer to ship. Shipping takes anywhere between 1- 14 days.

Q: A product I want is out of stock, can I still order?
A: If the product is listed as out of stock and you are able to place a back order then yes. Items that are completely out of stock will not give the option for back orders. Back orders generally take 7-14 sometimes longer days to ship.

Q: I do not see my phone model listed, can I special order?
A: Providing there is one for your model, yes you can special order. Send us an email to find out if we can ship your model, once you get a go ahead, simply place an order for any model and include a note upon checkout.

Q: How Durable are your phone cases?
A: All of our cases are made from quality material. Crystal stones do need extra care but for the most part they can withstand certain conditions.

Q: How fast do you restock out of stock items?
A: Out of stock items are usually restocked or handmade within 14-21 days or sometimes sooner.

Q: Do you offer custom wedding dresses?
A: Yes we can consult with you to find out and source your dream dress.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Within USA:

Orders are usually processed and shipped between 1 to 3 business days. Usually orders will take an additional 2-7 business days in transit.

Shipping Outside of USA:
Shipping to other destination outside of United States may require additional shipping charges.
Luxuriousbling.com ships to most countries with USPS. Priority International Mail Orders will take 7-10 business days in transit. First Class mail orders take anywhere from 2-6 weeks. Shipping charges are flat $16.50 for first class and $25.50 for priority (and up) US Dollars for all international orders to select destinations. You will be responsible for any duty charges by your country if any. Please read detailed shipping policy below

International First-Class Mail – Canada and Mexico
Packages shipped using the United States Postal Service First-Class Mail usually arrive within 2-4 weeks after they are shipped. The rate for International First-Class Mail is $16.50. This service only guarantees shipping confirmation, not detailed tracking information. The USPS does not guarantee delivery times for First Class Mail. Items that are shipped via this method are not insured and may not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. Deliveries can take as long as 8 weeks after your order has been changed to completed due to customs.

International First-Class Mail (All other countries not listed above)
Packages shipped using the United States Postal Service First-Class Mail usually arrive within 2-4 weeks after they are shipped. The rate for International First-Class Mail is $16.50. This service only guarantees shipping confirmation, not detailed tracking information. The USPS does not guarantee delivery times for First Class Mail. PLEASE NOTE: All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. We have no control over customs duties or import fees, and cannot predict their cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. At times, custom policies may also delay the delivery of your package. If the above timeframe has passed and you still have not received your item please contact your local post office or customs office to check on your package, as they are most likely there. If they state that it is not there, please contact us so we can look into it.

Shipments to Australia & New Zealand
Please be aware that shipments to Australia and New Zealand will often take longer than the estimated transit time above. Delays of 1 to 2 weeks past the estimates above are not uncommon for these areas.

Shipments to Brazil
Please be aware that shipments to Brazil will often take longer than the estimated transit time above. Brazilian customs processing is very slow and can often add 2-3 extra weeks to estimated delivery times.

Shipments to Asia, India, Middle East, & Russia
While most packages shipped to these areas are delivered without problems we cannot guaranty delivery or insure these shipments except via Priority Mail Express. Often times, shipments to these areas take much longer, even being delayed up to eight weeks.

NOTE: Ordinarily orders are shipped USPS Mail and should arrive accordingly to the estimated shipping time provided by the carrier. Please note that once order leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order’s arrival. However, we will do our best to get your order to you promptly.

Returns/Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery confirmation less 35% restocking fee. Products must be returned in original condition with ALL original parts packed in ALL original packages. Please contact us first if you have any issues with your purchase. Unless exchanges are due to our error, buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping charges to and from. We only accept exchange of defective products for the same make and model.
